30 day comment period starts to save 94% of U.S. waterways

SAVE OUR SACRED SITES!

The Army Corps of Engineers announced on Friday September 4 that they and the EPA are planning to drop requirements to obtain a permit before builders, farmers and miners could dump pollutants into most of the nation's streams and wetlands. Public comment will be accepted for 30 days. Waters run under and through many Native American sacred sites and groves of culturally modified trees.
